1. How Asli Rewards Work
When you place an order from your registered account, you can earn rewards after your order is completed.
- Earn 20% Asli Rewards on completed orders
- Maximum reward per order is 500 coins
- Rewards are credited only after the order status is marked as Completed
- Rewards can be used on future purchases
2. Eligibility
- Customers must create an account
- Customers must log in before placing the order
- Guest orders are not eligible for rewards
- Rewards are linked to the registered customer account
3. Loyalty Levels
Regular customers may receive additional loyalty benefits based on completed orders.
- Gold Customer: After 10 completed orders, customers will receive an additional 200 reward coins.
- Platinum / VIP Customer: After 20 completed orders, customers will receive VIP benefits, early sale updates, exclusive offers, and priority reward updates.
4. Using Your Rewards
- Rewards can be used during checkout
- Rewards can be used with other payment methods
- Rewards cannot be transferred to another customer
- Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash
5. Terms & Conditions
- Rewards are credited only after order completion
- Cancelled, refunded, or failed orders are not eligible for rewards
- Asli Karungali may modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time
- Any misuse of the program may result in reward cancellation
